finding what makes you happy

we try to find everything we think will make us happy. but in the end the happiness has to come from the inside. so how do you do that first you must learn how to love yourself. find hope within yourself. but thier for yourself and say it is ok if I do get it right the first time. must of all remember to say no matter what I will find the love in me.
