we often find it hard to love who we are. because of what people have said I have learn in this life to try to love myself more and more each day. yes it is not easy at times but what I do is look deep within myself and tell myself the things I love about myself. even I do not feel like doing it.

what others say about you or think about you does not matter you know who you are on the inside. people will say what they want so let them say an think what they want. just keep being you

when you feeling down. even when you your dark time in life. it is hard to see past the pain and hurt. but looking past all that can be hard. but I think deep within yourself to look past all that is hard to do.

some say it is hard to find the good within yourself. because when you been thought so much or have done something wrong within yourself life. you feel as thought you are a good person. but I hear to tell you no matter what you done you are a good person on the inside. I know you may not think it but you are.

have you ever been lost and feel like you have no hope. it feels like sometimes the world is pressing down on your head and everything around you seems to be going to hell. well I here to tell to get it thought that find the hope within yourself. how do you that that well look deep with yourself and their you will find it. because each day you wake up and open your eyes and have a new chance to do better then you did today always remember if no one love you your higher p

sometimes finding who you want to become can be a hard things to find. but when you look within yourself you already have the answer just look deep

when you think you want to give up keep going. it may seem hard but you can do it no matter what. put on foot in front of the other and keep walking

love who you are no matter what people say. or what they think about you. you know who you are on the inside
